I have been as a lecturer and trainer in several environments.I have done a fare share of database minings and number crunching.I have managed IT project in global scale with key focus in Databases and Data warehousing.I have a long experience in management of supply chain quality and manufacturability in telecommunications and energy industry.During my career I have mostly been involved in international business and relations. I also have quality systems and audits experience and I am certified lead auditor.I have also used successfully lean six sigma methods and DOE's.Me and others:I believe in sharing the knowledge, open networking and winning together. You need to listen in order to understand, you need to understand in order to learn and you need to share in order to evolve.Data and facts:In order to be informed, one needs facts. In order to get facts one needs data. The challenge is how to get facts out of data, how to use facts to get information.Data is usually somehow corrupted or biased, analysis is weak and measures are not accurate. Yet only data and facts can tell you everything you need if you just know how.Quality:All natural processes will find the lowest energy route - to ensure that this route produces the desired outcome, that is quality. The techniques to reach this - to understand the desired state, to develope the content and process - those are the tools, some better than others. Right tools for right purpose - that is the skill. Work:For me work is the participation to the joint efort in and for the community. Community gets the benefit and you get compensation. Compensation can come in various forms as income, respect, status and sense of belonging.
