Stakeholder engagement, change management, requirements engineering, and user acceptance testing have been an integral part of my remit in recent years. Current projects have seen me move into a more strategic role, focussing on roadmap planning, benefit realisation, and setting teams up for success.

As a Senior eProduct Manager, my responsibilities include:- Release management – coordinating monthly maintenance releases and quarterly major releases of the journals platform, Taylor & Francis Online, as well as overseeing user acceptance testing.- Directing the Mobile Roadmap – driving mobile enhancements through usage and market analysis, as well as working closely with our technology partner on new features.- Host area liaison – working with the Editorial teams across a variety of subject areas to assist them with any projects or queries that they have.- Internal training – ensuring staff are fully briefed on the features and benefits of the online journals platform and mobile application, and confident in the use of internal systems.- Requirements gathering – documenting the problems and needs of various stakeholders, and seeing them through from the implementation stage to go-live.- Process evaluation – evaluating current working practices to identify areas that can be improved for a smoother process going forward.- Keeping abreast of industry trends.
