I resigned by end of May 2024 to relocate to Denmark.I was heading the Nordic Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (NordCham) on a 60% time contract - strategically building on strong Nordic values, engaging with key stakeholders and helping business partners to grow their business and mindset. + from 86 to 143 business partners (members)+ from approx 20 events/year to an average of 102+ advocacy work on local and regional level+ established a very active and recognized Sustainability Committee+ first movers on establishing a Sustainability Awards and a Sustainability report showcasing member efforts to inspire the Philippines + formed strategic partnerships with key stakeholders from public and private - two examples are MOU with Anti-Red Tape Authority and membership with UN Global Compact+ new value propositions and membership categorie s to get closer to the need of the membersMy first day was when COVID restrictions started. I adapted swiftly by implementing strong fixed cost reductions at more than 50% by reducing head count, renegotiated office agreement to ex-deal and several software improvements. At the same time NordCham did 153 events in the last 3 quarters of 2020, more than any other chamber - all thanks to excellent team work and Nordic leadership style by empowering and clear communication.+ managed and mentored 23 interns3 full time staff in Membership, Events and Marketing, and outsourced staff in Accounting and Administation.

Major projects include Project Management, Business Analytics and Management reporting for Lean and Kaizen projects in Europe for a leading telecom company. Great process optimization results with multi million Euro bottom line savings implemented and validated.Prior to 2020 I traveled between 120 and 190 days per year for onsite client and partner engagements.In 2019, I became a dad and that changed my focus to be more strategic and having the right partners and freelance consultant to do the onsite work.In 2023, one of the freelance consultants acquired the framework, database with tools and documented results and contact lists.
