I focus on building strong engineering teams, optimizing technology delivery, and ensuring alignment between product strategy and operational execution.What I love most about my work is seeing the impact that technology can have on people's lives and businesses. Whether it’s a product that makes learning more accessible, a platform that helps a business grow, or an innovative solution to a unique problem, I get immense satisfaction from knowing the work I do makes a difference. The challenges of leading teams through change, the excitement of solving seemingly unsolvable problems, and the opportunity to grow alongside my colleagues are what fuel me.Looking forward, I want to continue leading in spaces where technology drives transformation, especially in industries poised for disruption. My goal is to apply my expertise to foster environments where technology not only meets business needs but also exceeds user expectations, driving long-term value for both the company and its customers.Outside of work, I am passionate about fitness and sports management, a space I've actively participated in for years through owning and operating a CrossFit gym. I also coach basketball and mentor athletes to be the best they can be on and off the court as they prepare for entry into college and the workforce. I enjoy exploring how performance management principles can be applied beyond athletics—into businesses and teams—to help people reach their full potential. At the root of what I do is my interest in human motivation and decision-making. Graduating with a degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, I've always felt compelled to understand what makes people tick, and how to help them make the most of the short time on this earth. This can be seen in my personal and professional life. When I’m not doing that, I’m often reading or listening to books and pod casts related to world history, technology, and leadership—all great passions of mine—spending time with my family, or discovering new ways to bring creativity into everyday life.
