I also coach basketball and mentor athletes to be the best they can be on and off the court as they prepare for entry into college and the workforce. I enjoy exploring how performance management principles can be applied beyond athletics—into businesses and teams—to help people reach their full potential. At the root of what I do is my interest in human motivation and decision-making. Graduating with a degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, I've always felt compelled to understand what makes people tick, and how to help them make the most of the short time on this earth. This can be seen in my personal and professional life. When I’m not doing that, I’m often reading or listening to books and pod casts related to world history, technology, and leadership—all great passions of mine—spending time with my family, or discovering new ways to bring creativity into everyday life.
