As we celebrated the firm's rebranding to GoodCitizen, I took the opportunity to move into a Senior Advisor role with the firm. In this capacity, I continue to support the strategic direction of the company and will center my work on a select portfolio of clients - philanthropies, NGOs, and family offices - helping them design and build the needed structures and leadership capacity to advance their missions.

As Senior Advisor, Jeff provided leadership and support on a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives as well as on policy and governance matters. He advised on effective strategies and change management tactics related to organizational structure and design, and consulted on annual planning and organizational performance to support transformational and cutting-edge growth in IDLO's global operations.

Jeff successfully led IDLO through a leadership transition period and strategically guided the organization to effectively implement its global initiatives. He worked closely with IDLO’s governing bodies and management team to establish a set of directives and performance measures to see the organization through the transition process and worked to ensure that IDLO could ably carry out its mission.
