I joined the electric vehicle company Rivian in early 2021, just in time to help the brand tell its remarkable story to investors and future customers on the road to becoming a publicly traded company (and one of the largest IPOs in U.S. history). I’ve helped shape and lead the company's narrative and creative across mediums and platforms and have also helped build connections and creative collaborations with our amazing community of Rivian owners. At Starbucks, I was a founding member of Starbucks Stories, a team working to create next-level multimedia content about the business and its coffee, customers, farmers, culture and social impact. I helped shape executive and company narrative strategy as well as working to find, create and produce multimedia stories to help showcase all aspects of the brand, inspire customers and partners, and support key business moments and executive communications.At Microsoft, I helped usher in an era of multimedia, human-focused storytelling. One of my features, “88 Acres: How Microsoft Quietly Built the City of the Future,” led to the creation of the company’s premiere storytelling platform, Microsoft Story Labs, where I worked as lead writer for nearly four years.
