CurrentElectrode Pipeline Systems Engineer, have contributed to international projects with companies such as ACC, Rvian, VinES, LGESHLI, LGESNFF, LGESAZ, and LGESMI. Currently leading GM/LGES Joint Venture Project at Ultium Tennessee and Michigan facilities. Responsibilities:- Led the design and implementation of electrode pipeline systems, including the layout, specifications, and integration with existing manufacturing processes.- Conducted comprehensive feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential issues and challenges associated with the electrode pipeline systems.- Developed and executed appropriate mitigation strategies to address identified risks, ensuring the smooth operation of the systems.- Actively participated in continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the electrode pipeline systems and optimize battery production processes.- Worked closely with project stakeholders, including engineers, technicians, and production personnel, to ensure effective communication and successful project outcomes.Achievements:- Successfully designed and implemented electrode pipeline systems, contributing to the overall success of the GM/LGES joint venture project.- Received recognition for outstanding performance in conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments, providing valuable insights for project decision-making.- Played a vital role in identifying and resolving operational challenges, resulting in improved efficiency and reduced downtime.
