As Chief of Staff, I serve as Hutton’s internal EOS implementer, helping all Service Offering leaders and their teams use EOS to gain traction. I keep all teams integrated and aligned toward our shared vision and goals.

As a Signal Theory team leader, I help deliver great work and build great client relationships, which lead to strategic growth for our clients and our company. I am passionate about the personal and professional growth of my team members, and about making Signal Theory a great place to work.

Developed the strategy and roadmap for the State of Kansas to deliver citizen-first, mobile-first and cloud-first tools and services to citizens online and on their mobile devices. Through modern, usable web and mobile applications, we worked to make government more transparent and accessible to a more diverse range of citizens.

Identified and managed innovative projects and strategic partnerships that advanced the Kansas Turnpike Authority's vision and elevated the brand of transportation in Kansas. Responsibilities included improving customer experience through new technologies and partnerships; managing innovation project life cycles; and working closely with statewide, regional and national industry partners to build a better transportation experience in Kansas and beyond.

With special focus on digital and web projects, my primary duties involved advancing client projects efficiently and effectively, on-time and on-budget. I also served on the agency's internal leadership and operating council, supervised two team members and led new business development.

Managed all aspects of the development operations for BBBS of Sedgwick County including donor relations, corporate sponsorships, and public and private grant funding.

Planned and executed all HHC events to generate revenue and awareness on behalf of homeless children and their families.

• Connected thousands of high school- and college-aged YEK alumni to career and scholastic opportunities through direct relationship-building, as well as print and web communications• Initiated, cultivated and maintained relationships with business and community partners for the purpose of networking on behalf of YEK alumni

• Led and empowered seven development team members to generate $6.5 million in annual giving, as well as deferred, capital and endowment gifts • Managed a $314,000 departmental budget and assisted in managing the $10 million agency budget• Built intentional relationships with all Mission Network customers: Donors, church and community leaders, mission workers and alumni

• Successfully organized more than seven events each year, including a volunteer-driven fundraising event that generated $200,000 in revenue• Mobilized a $100,000 annual campaign in coordination with YEK executive director and board of directors as part of the overall development plan• Connected YEK to the wider community through Wichita Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, Association of Fundraising Professionals and other formal networking opportunities
