- Coordinate worldwide sourcing activities to ensure that costs are controlled andefficiencies achieved.- Develop, lead and execute procurement projects which are +150K EUR- Undertake price negotiations.- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improveeffectiveness.- Instill best practice purchasing skills to non-purchasing staff to encourageprofessional purchasing throughout the business.- Take ownership of and work with the appropriate stakeholders to compile all therelevant specifications and standards for all purchases, with the aim of standardisingspecifications, standards and processes across all locations.- Effectively negotiate prices, contracts, conduct tenders and bench-markingexercises in line with departmental policy and procedures.- Formulate, agree and maintain commercial terms and conditions, service levelsand supply agreements using standard templates where possible.- Manage Projects after implementation of any agreed strategies, contracts orprocesses - Conducting regular supplier reviews / audits and address any supplier performanceissues using supplier management and improvement techniques.- Manage and monitor supplier relationships- Liaise with Group subject matter experts (SMEs) to establish sourcing strategiesand group synergies.- Create and present pricing analysis, scorecards and other analytical reports
