I started in the forming phase of the department which went live June 1st 2018 and co-defined internal processes and alignments with other departments. My main responsibilities:- Introduce new products and options to ASML’s TF factory incl. the installation at customers- Represent the manufacturing department within ASML’s product generation process (V-model)- Provide requirements towards development & engineering departments- Report towards the Product Team and TF Staff on product performance, design issues, cycle time, labor hours, validation status- Giving guidance to multiple validation teams each with different technical competences- Drive the issue resolution process to reach agreed cycle time and labor hour targets- Align with D&E product cluster managers & project leaders about the timing/quality of their deliverables Show less
