Both companies built a premier customer base that included Apple, Verizon, Hewlett Packard, and Sun Microsystems. TerraSpring and fusionOne were both successfully acquired.

Led the global process reengineering efforts to transform how the company interacted with customers, processed its orders, delivered products, and handled its financials. Multiple implementations of SAP went along with this reengineering effort.Built an online multi-tier business-to-business e-commerce platform from the ground up, creating a user-friendly system that enabled online configuration and ordering. Orders quickly migrated to the online platform, resulting in operational savings and faster order fulfillment. Implemented M&A post-merger integration capabilities to address the company’s one-per-quarter acquisitions. The resulting capabilities enabled the rapid integration of 11 companies ranging from startups to full-production manufacturing entities.Drove the implementation of the company’s knowledge management and analytics capabilities. This involved developing the vision, strategies, and organizations to support the new functions.
