And responsible for bringing to life the new version of the UI (Calenco v3 to Calenco v4, and now Calenco v5).- Lead, design, development and maintenance of Calenco PDF Studio (Same as UI, using internal npm packages to reuse UI components)- Help and maintenance on WXE, the Calenco Editor (Java, Javascript, HTML, CSS3, ...)- Lead, design, development and maintenance of Calenco Integration Tests (PlayWright, Javascript, Typescript, ...)- Lead, design, development and maintenance of Calenco internal toolkit (bash, python)- Integration, development and maintenance of Calenco SVG Editor (React, Javascript, HTML, CSS3, ...)- Responsible for product (and modules) releases

While assuming my Software Engineer role, I lead a team of Software Engineers in the development of server-side applications (VoIP, telecom, Mail, Chat, ...) :- continuation of my developer tasks (mostly python/twisted APIs and mysql)- design of software architecture, R&D (redis, cassandra, mongodb, rust, go, rabbitmq, ...)- implemented a first significant set of non-regression, integration, load and unit tests on an old uncovered module (1191 tests).- switched main python module to pypy, improving performance by a factor of 4 to 6.- improved quality through Continuous Improvement, reducing maintenance time by a factor of 8 in development team.- just started implementing continuous integrationI also assume some dev ops responsibilities :- automated packaging and delivery of most of our modules through Jenkins (RPM, mock, spacewalk, bash, python, ...)- implemented several monitoring and maintenance tools (bash, python)I started working remotely in august 2017 (video-conferences, visual studio live share for pair programming / code reviews).
