Another highlight has been building Court Culture, our NBA-licensed in-house lifestyle brand, which has evolved into a top retail brand beloved by our fans.Throughout my journey with the HEAT, I’ve also had the privilege of leading innovative digital teams who drive revenue across tickets, retail, and corporate partnerships. We work to connect with fans on a deep level while pushing the brand forward, bringing the HEAT’s energy and story to audiences globally.Since starting as an intern in 2004, I’ve grown alongside the organization, blending a passion for creative storytelling with strategic brand development. Today, we’re recognized as one of the top sports franchises, consistently earning awards and setting benchmarks in the industry.With a Bachelor’s in Business from the University of Central Florida and an MBA in Sports Management from Florida Atlantic University, I’m fueled by the opportunity to continue building a world-class brand with an incredible team by my side.
