Justin is an accomplished architect whose portfolio spans faith-based campus master planning, retail and office buildings, and educational facilities. His passion for continuous learning and diverse interests keeps him engaged in discovering new skills, with portrait photography being a primary creative pursuit.Justin’s commitment to mentorship and the next generation began during his four years as a public high school teacher. He brought this passion into the architecture and design industry through leadership roles, including serving as the 2021-2022 President of the Houston Chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA). He also supports emerging architects as an active member of the University of Houston College of Architecture Alumni Association, where he has served as Vice Chair of the Governance Committee.Beyond his architectural projects, Justin is recognized for his advocacy in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). He co-led DEI initiatives at Gensler's Houston office and served as a member of the DEI Council during his time at the Morgan Group, extending his impact across the real estate and development sectors.In 2021, Justin was honored as part of Building Design + Construction’s prestigious "40 Under 40" list, highlighting his dedication to creating positive change in the AEC industry.
