My responsibilities included:• Temporary cover (1 month) as Projects Coordinator (Youth) with responsibility for running the London Youth Now project, including engaging youth volunteers, coordinating with external organisations, and report writing.• Compiled a policy statement on youth unemployment, including interviews and forums with young volunteers, which has been presented to MPs and members of the House of Lords.• Formed and maintained links with other organisations and individuals, including one-to-one meetings with external stakeholders, such as MPs.• Responsible for overseeing policy consultations, engaging other organisations, research, and the dissemination of the final document, on a diverse range of subjects. • Involved in the coordination of the Youth Voice Journal, uploading articles to the website, supporting prospective authors through the submission process, and published own work.• Supported proposal writing, in-depth research for the completion of tenders and research applications.• Edited the website and video (using Windows Live software), involved with social media output & blogging.

Worked within the group of English teachers at two schools with students aged from 10 to 21, to plan and give lessons on the English language, initially as an Assistant, but mainly as a teacher with groups of approximately 15 to 20 students. This included devising my own lessons. Involved in bilingual events within the Lycée – gave presentations in English and French.
