Tracked production orders and material movement throughout the factories and warehouses; coordinated with other departments such as Traffic, Purchasing, Material Planning, Subcontract, and Original Equipment Parts.  Started as a contract worker, first of 90+ contractors to be offered a permanent position.  Reduced Product Finishing aftermarket past-due order backlog from $10M to $220K. Decreased the department’s oldest order from 268 days past due to 26 days past due  Improved the traceability of parts flow into and throughout the product finishing factory by defining and tracking metrics. Participated in two Kaizen process improvement events that improved process flow
