The School of Engineering went through an intense change in order to have their programs accredited by ABET and thus, have international recognition and standardization.In my role, I:- Diagnosed 2009 curriculum and investigated new curriculums options considering ABET accreditation. - Assessed faculty members and administrative staff to get involved in the curriculum change.- Generated documentation to implement new curriculum in 2013: justification, impacts and requirements.

Since 2010, the University has an alternate admission process to potentiate the enrollment of talented students from underserved backgrounds.In my role, I:- Organized, and directed the dissemination plan for “Talento e Inclusión” special admission.- Improved and consolidated the selection process for “Talento e Inclusión” special admission. - Guided the development of “Talento e Inclusión” special admission in other schools.
