The Aerospace division's on-site support in Austin. In this role, I leverage past experience to operate as the local Helpdesk, Hardware installer, local Technology Officer, and strategic planner. Besides troubleshooting and resolving support issues, I partner with vendors to find best bang for the buck, forecast for budgetary planning, and report directly to the GM and CFO to manage site needs. I am part of a three person team responsible for supporting roughly 900 Public Safety users. I'm the project Lead responsible for County-wide distribution, implementation, and maintenance of our state mandated two-factor advanced authentication solution.
