With 25 years of experience in control and automation systems, I started my professional career as an instrumentation technician doing implementation and commissioning work on paper machine projects at JP Eletrc.From then on, I continued working in the automation area, but focused on maintenance, where I achieved growth within the area until I reached the coordination of maintenance at Suzano Pulp and Paper Company.New challenges have come and the decision to work with projects was a key point for the change again. In Metso, today Valmet, I started as a lead engineer of projects. I am up to this moment growing and going through several prominent positions and participating in major projects. The opportunity to have an international experience was excellent and very erratic in terms of leadership.Among my specialties besides what I think of as leadership are financial management, project management, strategic management and focus on results.
