With over 29 years of experience in education and ministry, I am passionate about creating opportunities for students to grow academically, spiritually, and socially. As the Executive Director of Summit Christian Academy, a private K-12 school and Early Learning Center in the heart of the Broken Arrow, OK Rose District, I am part of a great team of dedicated educators and staff who share a common vision of excellence, integrity, and faith. I am committed to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and diversity, and to building strong relationships with our students, families, and community partners.In my current role, I oversee the strategic planning, communications, technology, and vision alignment with our parent organization, The Assembly at Broken Arrow. I also focus on school marketing, enrollment events, and fundraising efforts. I use my skills in social networking, communication, and leadership development to promote the school's mission, values, and achievements, and to engage with various stakeholders, donors, and media outlets. I also serve as the Executive Pastor and Communications Director at The Assembly at Broken Arrow, a vibrant and dynamic church where I have been involved for over 23 years. I am grateful for the opportunity to combine my love for education and ministry, and to make a positive impact on the lives of hundreds of children and families.
