I'm a former fat guy turned fitness coach who specializes in helping dads save time on exercise and healthy eating so they can be a leader for their kids. After my own weight loss journey, I spent years studying strength training, conditioning, and nutrition to better myself and my clients. But when my daughter was born, I knew I needed to take it to another level. I never want to run out of energy to chase her around or strength to throw her giggling into the air. I certainly wanted to show her solid nutrition principles so she could enjoy healthy eating (while also enjoying some ice cream and cookies now and then).The purpose she added to my life not only inspired me to increase my efforts in my own exercise, but devote myself to helping dads reach their fitness and fatherhood potential.
