Manage the largest and most strategic accounts for Accertify while maintaining a very high client satisfaction rate. Client base covers Retail, Airlines, Ticketing, Theme Parks, Government and OTAs. Job function requires partnering with client to understand and achieve their fraud goals; ensure success from both a platform, strategic, and a ROI perspective; establish relationships beyond current champion with focus on C-level; negotiate renewals for current services and add new services when applicable.• Consistently scores as an Over Performer every year (top 1-3%).• Handles the largest and most strategic accounts for Accertify. Most accounts over $1M in ARR, with several between $2.5M-$4.5M in ARR each.• Awarded the Prestigious American Express President’s Award (top 3% in all of American Express) and Chairman’s Award in 2018 for 18 negotiated agreements signed. • Negotiated the two largest contract renewals in company history in a single year. Each contract was over $3M in ARR and record lengths for each client. • Regularly presents Quarterly Business Reviews for current champion (e.g, Manager, Director of Fraud), as well as VP/Sr. VP level. These include overall performance of Key Metrics, KPIs, ROI, and strategic goals/timelines in regard to fraud and chargebacks. • Within the first 6 months at company, created a semi-automated report for Quarterly Business Review for fraud metrics and KPIs using SQL, Excel, PPT that all Account Managers could use. This report is still used today.
