This is the first of its kind and is the most sophisticated fraud detection system related to user-generated content -Installed device fingerprinting technology (Iovation) and a case management system (Accertify) across a large amount of clients and two separate installations. Duties included data modeling, product management, Q&A, testing, strategies, algorithms, operations and procedures. Completed this in 3 months from approval with no failures. Capture rate is 4x higher than industry standard while keeping client and consumer friction to a minimum-Day to day duties include analysis, investigations, operations, strategy, continual improvement, training, client communication (internal and external), evangelizing team success and vendor relationships
