I love being an accountant because it gives me the opportunity to help people develop successful businesses. I enjoy being able to help a new graduate find financing to acquire their first business, helping an established business owner find cost savings in their business or working with seasoned business owners to develop and execute an exit strategy.I am an early adopter when it comes to technology. I have worked to transition many businesses to Quickbooks Online and using apps such as Plooto, ReceiptBank and T-Sheets have been able to provide business owners with real-time information about their company finances. It is exciting to help business owners use this information to make their business better.I know when I am working outside of my field of expertise and need to bring in other professionals. Working with other professionals to offer the resources and support a business owner needs is something I enjoy. By working with business owners in several industries and cities I have relationships with legal, tax and other professionals to provide the resources needed to support a business owner.
