Current**New company formed by the merger of PatientPop and Kareo**Responsibilities include:- Driving qualified pipeline for an SMB B2B SaaS product in the healthcare space with a fast-paced sales cycle.- Overseeing a team of 20 full-time marketers ranging from individual contributors to director-level.- Owning the budgeting and modeling process for the multi-channel inbound program.- Overseeing and scaling tactics including paid search, programmatic advertising, database nurture, direct mail, webinar, customer life cycle marketing, and partner marketing.- Mentoring and growing an in-house marketing operations and technology team focused on Salesforce, Marketo, Drift, Sendoso, and other leading tech stack components. - Partner closely with go-to-market leadership to drive improved lead conversion, speed-to-lead, sales cadence optimization, product adoption, and customer upsell.Additionally, serve as the executive sponsor of the Pride @ Tebra employee resource group.
