Provided technical leadership during customer engagements as well as pre-sales scoping activities. Executed various customer engagements including cloud readiness, strategy, and well-architected assessments, detailed designs for target landing zones and application workloads, building of the solution, and oversee migrations as well as create automation solutions.

Provided pre-sales support and business development for Design & Transition consulting practice for cloud/data center migrations and transformations, service management and custom operations management. Liaised with delivery teams and collaborated with clients to assess their needs and created custom solutions to address their business and technology requirements as well as client pain points with a focus on assessments, design of target states, transformations and migrations to public, private/hybrid clouds, on premise, colocation and managed hosting.

Working with a large municipal client on several highly visible engagements including:- Data Center Migration Architect – leading the migration work stream of the municipal client’s next generation data center project with a focus on increased virtualization uptake, working with application owners to design solutions, as well as developing tools and processes to ensure a smooth migration of federated departments in to a consolidated data center.- Business Intelligence Architect – authored an assessment of the Police department’s readiness for a business intelligence solution to implement a performance management system; performed a current state assessment, future state plan as well as a gap analysis and roadmap on how to achieve the future state objective.- Data Center Architect – worked with client to defined long-term data center strategy, addressing redundancy and resiliency challenges for critical infrastructure and applications as well as providing solutions for compute, storage, backup and network domains, in addition to best practices and improved service management.

Owned server/virtualization products and services as well as server operations within Asia Pacific. Led a team of system engineers throughout Asia Pacific to support production core infrastructure environments. Managed all aspects of server products including hardware and OS lifecycle, roadmaps, standards, vendor relationships, service level agreements, maintenance and billing. Provided consulting to internal business clients to address technology problems and requirements. Envisioned and drove virtualization strategy for Asia Pacific.

Responsible for end-to-end service delivery and operational support of the Server and Storage environment at JPMorganChase in Japan.

Lead a team of Unix & Storage engineers. Focused on storage engineering solutions including EMC symmetrix/ V-Max frames, enterprise tape backups as well as the firm's first disk to disk backup over dark fiber within the region.

Supported production server environment as well as a team of developers in a heterogenous SGI Solaris, Windows & Macintosh environment. Primary support for remote Tokyo office.
