Managing licensure and bachelor's programs for the Richard W. Riley College of Education and Leadership at Walden University

Managed multiple programs for teachers and health care professionals; exceeded budget revenue goals three consecutive years and achieved goals the fourth. Managed distance education programs that achieved 92% completion rate. Attained exceptional student satisfaction; 85% of students rated online courses “as good as or better than face-to-face learning”. Supervised five direct reports; served as team leader on cross-departmental projects. Achieved annual growth of 15% or more. Directed the successful launch of new online nursing degree for Walden University; coordinated a multi-location, cross-functional team to launch degree on time and on budget.
