Current•Manage cross-functional IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and meeting defined scope and quality standards. •Ensure alignment of data architecture designs with business and IT goals/objectives.•Maintain project planning, monitor progress, and proactively identify issues or risks that may impact project success. •Lead the selection process for technology solutions, guide the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, and help assess the most suitable vendors based on business needs and strategic objectives. •Manage relationships with IT vendors, MSP, overseeing contracts in collaboration with Procurement and Legal departments, and ensuring optimal resource utilization. •Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and achievements to stakeholders. •Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize projects, and ensure project outcomes align with business needs. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.•Responsible for database backups, recoveries, patches, upgrades, design, migration, development, testing, and performance tuning•Conduct systematic performance tuning including database and query performance tuning, database-related component tuning, and product-specific database request tuning.•Improve the operational and strategic health of the enterprise computing environment.Cost Accounting Manager 6/2015–7/2018•Oversee product pricing, inventory costing, reserve calculations and significant inventory and cogs estimates.•Manage cost accounting, inventory control and production data analyst departments consisting of twenty three employees and annual department budget of one million dollars.•Oversee monthly product pricing, compile new product cost estimates and standard costing.
