Creative, conscientious, organizationally obsessive executive assistant with a dozen years of experience assisting director-level professionals. Used to supporting a team with unpredictable needs, requiring flexibility, attention to detail, customer service sensitivity, and knowledge of a wide variety of computer programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. My personal passion is movies and the arts. I’m a graduate of U.S.C.’s film history and criticism program and for many years worked as film buyer and programmer in Seattle, specializing in art film. In recent years, I've channeled this love into building the The Teegarden/Nash Collection (see website link below), which includes 85,000 movie stills and 4,000 film posters, along with an extensive hard copy reference library. It has been featured prominently in exhibits at the Seattle Art Museum, Henry Gallery, and most recently the Museum of History & Industry. I also volunteer weekly for Pacific Northwest Ballet, working in their archive and library.
Listed skills include Organization, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and 20 others.
