Since 2000, my professional journey as a freelance consultant has encompassed working for public sector entities, at both federal and cantonal levels, as well as private companies.

As Product Owner (SAFe) for two DevOps teams, I led the transformation of the customer experience and the automation of key processes for Swisscom’s customer care unit by leveraging big data and real-time streaming analytics. As Innovation Manager, I led initiatives to ideate, prototype, validate, and implement innovative solutions to solve complex problems.

I led the design, development, and deployment of a cutting-edge system to detect interruptions of telecommunication services in real-time. This innovation paved the way for the transformation of incident detection, notification and resolution processes.

With my business partners, we launched two startups in Switzerland and Portugal to capitalize on opportunities in the fields of digital marketing and social media. I was active to raise venture capital, lead the 10-member team, create web and mobile apps, establish digital customer acquisition pipelines, and execute exit strategies.

Within a pool of project managers, I led multiple mid-sized projects, with capital expenditures ranging from 250k to 2'500k CHF, for Swisscom's B2C and B2B units. These projects encompassed the digital transformation of business units, the development, integration and deployment of digital products, IT systems and online applications/portals/marketplaces.
