• Lead the operation on behalf of CRH in the DREF intervention zones, ensuring appropriate links with the DGPC structure, CRH and other CR/CR Movement partners in the field;• Supervise the technical sectors implementing activities under the DREF to ensure that they work in close collaboration with state officials in the field; • Continuously monitor the disaster situation and the general context, and adapt the orientation of the operation; • Act as a link between the National Society (NS), the IFRC and the committees in question, should further assistance be required to respond to a new threat; • Plan and facilitate DREF implementation and M&E processes;
