So, I took the bold step and headed to the US with only a pickup and less than $1000.I signed up for a ‘get rich’ kind of real estate program, and just days before I was going to have to move back to Canada, I finally closed my first real estate deal worth $70,000. This was my first real taste of success.Fast forward a couple of years to when my hard work started paying off.I now own a social media company, tech investments, shopping malls, multi-unit apartments, hotels, single-family homes & development, global entertainment, & experiential companies.I'm also an international speaker who has spoken in 54 countries and has put on events with some of the biggest names in the world like Al Pacino, Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Michael Douglas, Kiefer Sutherland, Cole Hauser, Phil Jackson, Jack Nicklaus, Calvin Klein, Donna Karan, Stedman Graham, Jillian Michaels, and many billionaires.The JT Foxx organization emerged from my desire to invest in others, assist them in becoming the best versions of themselves, and fund businesses.
