Because of my extensive understanding of multiple building types and systems, as well as Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Structural Systems, I can effectively produce accurate and successful projects.PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: For the last 4 years, I have served on the Board of Directors for a 52 unit Condominium Association and have served as President the last 3 years (90% self managed). Furthermore, I am an owner of one of the units and have been leasing it out for over 15 years. I have placed many tenants in this unit, and unfortunately have had to evict a few tenants. In my previous career I was and architectural project manager. Put together, I possess the skills to deal with tenants, City departments, owners and contractors that this position will require. In my latest employment, I was the first person hired. I was responsible for creating and maintaining most of all office procedures, forms and Accounts Payable/Receivable as well as the Customer Service contact and Logistics Coordinator.
