Joined the Harris DoD team (Contracted through Yoh) to successfully filled over 135 total positions... originally slated for 75 positions (50 Secret cleared & 25 Top Secret cleared) granted to Harris in support of NMCI. By the end of the efforts, NMCI boosted the headcount to over 100 due to the quality of the team I put together. The project targeted two geographical areas (Norfolk, VA and Boise, ID).

The Account Manager is responsible and accountable for servicing clients and candidates. The Account Manager is responsible for the identification, qualification, recruiting and interviewing of candidates; for the cultivation, administration, and maintenance of the client relationship; and for facilitating all activities associated with the matching and closing processes. The Account Manager builds solid, profitable relationships with clients and candidates through the delivery of exceptional customer service characterized by mutual respect, understanding and trust.

Responsible for the entire process of a loan: from the call, to the application, to processing (including gathering documentation and review), to ordering appraisal and title searches, to closing and funding of the loan. Selling consumer loans, equity loans, and refinanced 1st and 2nd mortgages.
