Hello there! Welcome to my LinkedIn page! I am a Human Resources Business Partner passionate about employee performance and development to drive strategic business decisions. I began my HR journey with a non profit organization in Philadelphia, PA. From there, I had the opportunity to work with NMS Labs, a world-renowned clinical and forensic toxicology lab that also performs criminalistic testing. They are well-known in the industry for performing toxicology analysis for high profile criminal investigative cases. From there, I adventured to ARRIS, a publicly owned global technology company that, among many things, makes it possible for you to have cable, internet, wifi, and even NETFLIX in your home. They are a global innovator in IP, video, and broadband technology with relationships with major household names including Google, Verizon, Comcast, Target, and Amazon to name a few! Always with a strategic vision, ARRIS puts innovation first!At Amazon, I was a member of the PxT team in the AMZL business division which expanded into the opportunity on the HR Launch Team. Our team not only launched new Amazon buildings across North America, but we also closed the chapter on some as well. This experience taught me to work hard, have fun, and make history everyday! To juggle work and life at a different pace, I have since ventured to a smaller scale, privately owned business. Now, I enjoy having the opportunity to pass on all the people-related lessons and strategic initiatives once taught to me along to others.
