A bilingual MSc Sport Broadcasting student, looking to take skills learned on the course into the sporting industry as a freelance sports journalist and/or content creator. As part of the course I have developed skills in videography, content production, producing, directing, journalism and editing using Adobe's ecosystem. These skills are on display on the Sport Broadcast degrees sport platform - @CardiffMetSportTV, for which I have created numerous pieces of content. Alongside my degree, I work as part of Cardiff Met FC's Media Team, producing content for the matchday programme including articles and match reports, previews and round ups. In addition to this, I have also been developing written journalism skills writing for Welsh Domestic Football online publication, Y Clwb Pel Droed. Here, I have written numerous live blogs, previews, reviews and articles on one of Wales' biggest football platforms. Recently I have also been a part of projects conducted by Hockey Wales and BowlsWales, the latter of which I was approached by based off of content I had created and shared on social media, predominantly for @CardiffMetSportTV.I have a real desire to continue learning at all stages, through perseverance and determination to perfect pieces of content regardless of platform and delivery style. I take great pride in my output and in making connections within the industry. In my personal life, I'm a keen advocate for Mental Health and have been involved in fundraising challenges, including raising £1,600 for Mind by cycling from London to Paris back in 2019. I have a deep and extensive knowledge of sport in general, though specialise in Formula One, Football, Cycling and Tennis.
