About Jennifer Thornton

I like to refer to myself as a “creative analytic”. While I have a very inquisitive left brain, which loves to understand patterns, numbers, why’s and how’s, I also have an equally active right brain, which thrives on the ability to be creative and look for new and better ways to do things. I guess you could say I’m “ambraindextrous”! It is this combination and the pursuit of both creativity and structure which has guided my career into the areas of Marketing and Product Management. I like to sink my teeth into understanding market requirements and digging deeper into understanding not only customer’s pain points, but some of the underlying issues. I also enjoy brainstorming and coming up with creative solutions to problems, and then delivering inspired messaging and creativity to reach the market in need. I thrive as part of a team, where I excel at collaborating to make good ideas that much better. But, I also relish in the times where I am able to take a step back, contemplate and work through problems on my own so I am able to offer a unique and thoughtful perspective. I am someone who can lead when it’s called for, follow when it’s needed, and always contribute to a team, regardless of my role or position. I have the ability to understand when and how to speak to various levels of stakeholders to effectively communicate requirements and results. I believe my passion for what I do shows through, and I welcome the opportunity to make new acquaintances who like to chat all things marketing, product management, or even 80’s and 90’s pop culture!
