Responsibilities included: • Drafted pleadings and other legal memoranda, including: complaints, discovery documents, meet and confer correspondence, law and motion briefs, trial documents, and settlement agreements; • Taken or defended approximately 200 depositions of party witnesses and experts; • Argued or opposed over 50 law and motion hearings; and• Negotiated approximately $1 million in personal injury settlements.

Successfully negotiated over $2.5 million in gross settlements for clients in personal injury matters. Responsibilities included: • Conducted in-take interviews of prospective clients and interviewing witnesses; • Drafted pleadings and other legal memoranda; and• Negotiated settlement for damages claims with insurance companies, Medicare/Medicaid subrogation liens, private insurance subrogation liens, and liens of medical providers and hospitals.
