Preconstruction manager responsible for the overall management of team building and coordination of the preconstruction phase thru CD and project inception utilizing multiple methods of delivery. Responsibilities include management of estimating team, preconstruction timeline as well as the architectural and consultant team to create within the overall project cost parameters of the GMP.At Skanska, we get to build what matters.
