Building on his experience working with the Marketing and Communications Early in Career program, Javier moved into the University Relations Manager role within Cisco's University Relations team where he inspires university candidates to choose and advocate Cisco. Focusing on a passion for inclusive recruitment, Javier was able to build scalable programs which drove hundreds of high potential, diverse talent to Cisco.After over two years in the university space, Javier moved into professional recruiting as a Diversity and Inclusive Recruiting Program Manager on the Global Innovation and Strategic Consulting Team within the Join and Connect organization.
