I checked appropriate limit states of strength and deflection for the curtain wall structural system and load path: Glass and Metal Infill, Structural Silicone Joints, Mullion and Transom Members, Member Connections, and finally Member Anchorages to Concrete and Steel. I used ACI 18-14 Chapter 17 for Anchorage to Concrete, as well as Hilti Proprietary Software for Anchors and Anchor Channels in Concrete.I developed field fix solutions for construction and installation non-conformities and for ways and means issues.I also participated in professional development classes given by the University of Minnesota's Civil Engineering Department, internal company technical seminars, and applicable AISC webinars.I developed and presented a technical training on Yield Line Analysis for Steel Plates to an internal company knowledge-sharing group.
