A primary task is recruiting, growing and retaining talented team members and making sure we stay true to the MartinCSI values and culture.MartinCSI joined the Control System Integrators Association (CSIA) in 1998, and we earned and maintained CSIA Certification since 2001. I joined VISTAGE in 2010 and devote time to an CSIA industry Peer Group founded in 2004 that still meets quarterly. My current and past CSIA volunteer work also includes service on the CSIA Board of Directors, chairing the Member Relations Committee and participating on the Partner and Marketing committees.Prior to founding MartinCSI, I worked as a Project Engineer for an OEM located in the Columbus, Ohio area that provides automation equipment to the die-casting and foundry industries.
