Producing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, submittals, and proposals. Managing projects and job sites. Processing monthly billing. Working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint as well as Procore and other project management websites. Analyzing labor rates, material prices, and job costs.

Answering phone calls, setting up appointments for clients, and meeting with new clientele to assess their situation. Recording of financial transactions including purchases and payments for different businesses and corporations. Working extensively on Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Teaching home schooled students through the lens of gardening, ecology and traditional earth-based skills. Curriculum is based on their passions and budding interests.

This position involved lifeguarding at the camp’s pool. I also operated the challenge course which included a zipline, rock climbing wall, archery, mudpit, slip n’ slide, and a low element course for team building with teens. It also included running a family camp program and leading this program for families who came up to the camp.

Renewing and restoring degraded, damaged, and destroyed habitats alongside Sands Beach in Isla Vista, as well as restoring the land around Coal Oil Point back to its original state.
