I have done maintenance, cleanup, and updates on an over ten years old C# codebase for managing HIPAA release of information forms, which includes both MVC web applications and various backend services.I also created a new release of information form quality assurance review application, using a Vue.js frontend and an ASP.NET Core backend. This new application is intended to eventually replace the old system.I have done extensive work with Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Azure for the above projects and others.Lastly, I solo-developed an AI natural language processing system for finding sensitive medical information within documents, which was accessed via a Django-based web API.
