With my academic background in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, and my professional background in Business administration and IT support, I am passionate about leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. I'm preparing to complete my master's degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics in December of 2024. While earning this degree I have developed advanced skills in SQL, Python, and Tableau, and their utilization in a diverse range of business processes. My current role in IT support has honed my problem-solving abilities and customer service skills, while my coursework and certifications have equipped me with the technical expertise needed to excel in data-driven environments.In addition to my professional pursuits, I have an interest in classical literature, sociological theory, and cultural anthropology, which I cultivated while earning my bachelor's degree in liberal arts. This academic background has given me a great appreciation for the rich tapestry of human culture and history, and it informs my approach to problem-solving and creative thinking on a daily basis.
