Responsible for the IT operations & support of a 2,500 acre campus with 40 inter-connected buildings. This includes: 1,400 end-users, 28 retail locations, 22 Micros 9700 restaurants, 160 PCI Compliant Point-of-Sale stations, 60 IP digital signage players, 35 IP webcams, 535 workstations, 75 servers, 145 Virtual Desktops, a 12 Host vSphere v5.5 environment, SPAM & Internet content filtering, 80 managed switches, 12 wireless bridges, 50 enterprise WiFi Access Points supporting both corporate & guest networks, 20 miles of single-mode fibre, NEC2400 PBX, 600 analog, 400 digital & 200 VOIP phones, and a 3-site digital Motorola radio system handling more than 900 radios.

As project lead, I was responsible for PANScan audits, Point-of-Sale & OS hardening strategies, external & internal vulnerability analysis, firewall auditing, network segregation strategies, pen-testing analysis, breach prevention, incident response planning, forensic analysis, disaster recovery, defining employee best-practices, privacy & security training.

Responsible for the optimization & uptime of Windows servers & desktops, template creation, pool management & Active Directory entitlement. My team leveraged VCOP monitoring and High Availability (HA) to ensure an optimal virtual experience for our end-users and guests.

As Project Manager, I orchestrated key relationships between vendors, software developers and stakeholders to craft a custom RFID ticketing solution. My key responsibilities included S.W.O.T. & feasibility analysis, CapEx & OpEx budgeting, Gantt timeline management, defining software requirements & deliverables, quality assurance, implementation and end-user training. Ultimately, the project was completed on-time and under the $300K budget.

In the spring of 2009, Intrawest sold Copper Mountain Resort to Powdr Inc. This corporate transition involved a comprehensive overhaul & re-engineering of all of our computer assets. I managed a team that was tasked with migrating 450 workstations from WinXP/Office2003 to Win7/Office2010. My responsibilities included configuring WDS, KMS & WSUS servers. The completion of my tasks, enabled my team to complete our objectives on-time & under budget.One of the benefits of building an enterprise computer environment from scratch is the ability to leverage industry standard best-practices for domain controllers, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, group policy objects, file shares and AD security groups.
