I have two decades of software development experience: being a student I made some one-man computer project for Polish NGOs, moved later to make testing and quality control later switch to development, architecture and finally management. For the last 7 years I worked as a president of the board of an IT company in4mates. It is mainly focused on creating new software for enterprise companies. We founded in4mates in 2010 with 2 engineers and we hire more than 50 nowadays. Apart from realization of custom systems for banks and telecoms we also develop our own products and support start-ups. The company is organized around development process based on Scrum that we are constantly improving. We have very strong sales team but we believe that delivering quality products on schedule is helping us in securing good deals and finding new customers.Previously I worked as an architect in Research and Development team. I was an expert on development process automation environments and frameworks. I have practical experience in design, prototyping and programming, as well as in test design and the implementation of complex and technically advanced computer systems. I have taken part in large international projects utilizing various operating systems, using a variety of techniques.Nowadays I try to launch a startup. With friends we started Sharelock fintech opening escrow accounts for small and medium businesses as well as individuals.
