As the CEO of Frase Protection, Inc., I am passionate about making Memphis a safer place to live, work, and play. I believe our core values and culture will lead the way for our business to impact the city in tremendous ways. In my previous role as the CEO of Memphis Athletic Ministries, I led a team of 60+ staff, raised over $3M, and impacted over 2,000 youth annually in the city of Memphis. I used sports as an avenue to evangelize and disciple kids to follow Christ. I am skilled in organizational leadership, professional development and operations management. I am also a strategic thinker and a team galvanizer, who can inspire and empower others to achieve measurable outcomes and goals.
