Educated and led hundreds of local Destination Cleveland community partners to better position Cleveland as a group tour destination, as well as to enhance the client and guest experience. Worked in tandem to promote venues and special exhibits, as well as maximize partnership benefits with group tour initiatives.

Responsible for the national brand strength and reputation on a local level for House of Blues, including Special Events, Restaurant, Members-only Foundation Room, Company Store, IHOBF and Gospel Brunch.Scheduled and executed strategic marketing plan, utilizing online, print, radio and TV media outlets, including WKYC, Cleveland magazine, Scene magazine, Cleveland.com, Metromix.com, Cleveland Jewish News, etc. Coordinated the fulfillment of all promotions and marketing opportunities with local sports teams, including Cavaliers, Browns and Indians – both in-game and off-site marketing. Implemented local and national sponsorship elements onsite, including overseeing the MSN Music Ambassadors, Visa Signature, iTunes, etc. Booked talent, oversaw operations, finalized contracts, fees, etc. for Cambridge Room parties and performances. Managed interns and Street team.Worked with all levels of staff internally and externally, to ensure seamless activation of specific promotions, including photo shoots, coupon redemption, radio dining promotions, sweepstakes, etc. Partnered with local Live Nation offices and Promotions Manager on various cross-promotional opportunities, including the WVIZ/PBS Televised Auction and Taste of Cleveland.
