With over 20 years of experience in the furniture industry, I am now the CEO of Phillips Collection, a family-owned global brand renowned for its innovative and award-winning furnishings. In this new chapter, I am focused on leading the company into the future, expanding our offerings, and ensuring that every piece continues to spark a conversation.My journey at Phillips Collection began with design and marketing, where I helped shape the creative vision of our brand. As the company grew exponentially, I transitioned into operations and sales, overseeing strategies that aligned our brand experience with the evolving needs of our global customer base. Collaborating closely with our talented team, I have championed product innovation, strengthened our industry presence, and ensured operational excellence.My passion for furniture design was cultivated from childhood, traveling the world and studying fine art alongside my father, Mark Phillips, who founded the company. I hold a BFA in Industrial Design from the University of Michigan, graduating Magna Cum Laude, where I honed my skills in concept development and 3D modeling. Beyond my work at Phillips Collection, I launched Jason Phillips Design as an outlet for creative exploration, earning recognition with industry accolades such as the Paul Broyhill Future Leader Award and the ARTS Award for Top Product Designer.As a leader and advocate for the design industry, I am dedicated to mentoring the next generation of talent. I have served as President of the International Society of Furniture Designers, where I initiated programs for students and helped launch the Green Leaf Award to highlight sustainable design. I am also an active board member of the Bienenstock Furniture Library, contributing to initiatives in finance, marketing, and exhibitions.Now, as CEO, I am honored to continue building on the legacy of Phillips Collection, focusing on growth, innovation, and creating designs that inspire and connect people around the world.
