I designed an innovative technical multi-year solution for FCRA, including the centerpiece to resolve a critical deficiency in the data furnishing space (CBRM). I created, executed, and maintained the Operations Risk Assessments for CBRM including the interfaces for the nine systems that fed data into the application, the distinct operating functions of the system, and the four outputs. I was accountable for the overall success of the CBRM effort including budget and staffing. Achieved 100% accuracy rate reporting to the major Consumer Bureaus (Experian, TransUnion, Equifax, and Innovis) including: Mortgage, Vehicle, Card, Deposits, Student, Military, and Collections.I designed the Small Business Credit Reporting Data Furnishing Engine (SABRE) to which will handle 5MM data furnishing transactions monthly and the Dispute Operations workflow (WILDFIRE), which will: handle ~120,000 disputes per month (direct and indirect).Acknowledged by external regulators and internal audit as performing "well above average" expectations.Rated "Above Average Effectiveness" (4 on a scale of 1 to 5) in leadership dimensions by peers, business partners, indirect managers, and direct reports over five years.
